Robert Parker is one of the founding members of the firm in 1988 and is the Senior Partner. Robert is a fellow of CPA Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. Robert is a registered tax agent, official liquidator, registered liquidator, and trustee in bankruptcy.

Bruce Carpenter joined the firm in 1989 and became a Partner in 1992. Bruce is a fellow of CPA Australia, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Credit Management. In addition to his taxation and insolvency roles Bruce manages the firm’s audit function ranging from the audit of self-managed super funds to large corporate groups.

David Wiseman joined the partnership at Freer Parker in 1992 and is currently the Managing Partner. David is a fellow of CPA Australia and a registered tax agent. Complimenting his taxation expertise, David offers financial planning services as an authorised representative of Count, Australia’s largest independently-owned network of financial planning accountants and advisors.

Scott Edwards is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Scott was made a Partner in July 2005. Scott has previously held a managerial role in one of the Big Four international consulting firms and has worked in corporate and international tax in the United Kingdom.

Richard Freer is the other founding member of the firm and after 17 years as a Partner moved into a consultancy role with the firm from July 2005. Richard is a fellow of CPA Australia. Richard is a registered tax agent, registered company auditor, registered liquidator and trustee in bankruptcy.

David Freer offers financial planning services as an authorised representative of Count, Australia’s largest independently-owned network of financial planning accountants and advisors. David has been with the firm since 2002. He holds a Certificate IV in Financial Planning and is studying for the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. David also has in excess of 20 years experience in the administration of deceased estates and testamentary trusts and is a member of the Executor and Trustee Institute.
